The mug turned out beautifully and is so cute. The shipping tracking links weren’t working and the tracking number I was given wasn’t correct, so I was getting a little nervous this wasn’t a legit service, but I reached out to the customer service and they gave me a working link promptly and it came a few days after that! The mug printed out exactly how it looked in the preview when ordering. The mug itself a little thinner than I expected but still durable, and survived my dishwasher.. so no complaints on that front at least not now. My husband was overwhelmed with cuteness when he opened the package- and said they look just like our cats 🥰
