All of our doormats/apparel/products etc are made to order, hand cut, and sewn! Our core mission is to improve the high quality of products and the best service. Most of our products are manufactured and shipped from China.
Once payment is accepted, the order is processed.

processing time
From the day the order is placed, we will immediately start to design and customize your personalized order, and we will print the item specially for you. Depending on the complexity of the product, the customization time is usually 3 to 5 working days.

All items are shipped from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China, we proudly offer worldwide shipping via Standard Shipping, Express, and DHL.

Delivery time

1. Delivery time = processing time + shipping time (Ships Monday-Friday working days)
2. We are committed to ensuring that items are delivered to customers as quickly as possible with premium quality and service. Usually, the delivery time is 10-20 working days from the date of order.
3. We process orders between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM PT. If you need to receive your order before a specific occasion date, please feel free to contact us to inquire about availability. We will always do our best to meet your needs.
4. Most of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we have provided above. Note that this is an estimated time frame only. The above time periods are approximate only and may vary depending on your location. During holidays and promotional seasons, please allow extra time for your order to be processed.

* Special Note:

1. Once your order is ready to ship, we will have tracking information will be emailed to you, you can track your order information anytime, anywhere so that you can track the package all the way home.
2. If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, or if you have any other questions about shipping, please contact our customer service representatives: [email protected]
3. If our order volume is large, the shipment may be delayed for a few days. Sometimes there may be delays due to carrier, international customs sorting, invalid address, customs clearance or other reasons. We do not guarantee on-time delivery and cannot be held responsible for late delivery of orders placed after the cut-off date during holidays and promotional seasons.

The Incorrect/Insufficient Address Issues

1. For orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided, we will require you to pay a reshipping fee to resend your order.
2. Please make sure you provide the correct address during checkout as Diyustom will not be held responsible if your order is shipped to the wrong address. there is no guarantee that your order will be delivered on time
3. If you contact the carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, Diyustom will not be responsible if the package is lost, stolen or damaged.

Order Confirmation

After completing the purchase. You will receive an ‘Order Confirmation email (check your spam folder if you can’t find it) to make sure all the information is correct. We will ship to the address you filled out on the checkout page. Please note that if there is no delivery, please contact us within 2 hours: [email protected], free cancellation or change, once we ship your order, we cannot change the address.

TAX FEE

Customs duties and taxes incurred during transportation are borne by Diyustom.
