Diyustom does not provide after-sales warranty service for products that have been damaged maliciously by humans. We need pictures and videos for diagnostic purposes. You may need to return the product to us for replacement or warranty. If your product is subject to vandalism that results in serious damage to the product, we will use our discretion to determine whether the extent of the occurrence is covered by our 1-month warranty.
